📦 Bierdrifters Shipping Policy

At Bierdrifters, I want to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible so you can hit the beer garden in style. Because my products are custom printed just for you when you order, my shipping process looks a little different than a standard warehouse.

Here is everything you need to know about how I get your packages from my printing partners to your doorstep.

🇺🇸 Where I Ship

Currently, I ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

💰 Flat-Rate Shipping

My Shipping Rates:
Buying 1 Shirt: Standard flat-rate shipping is just $4.95.
Buying 2+ Shirts: FREE SHIPPING automatically applies to your entire order at checkout once your delivery address is entered!
I currently ship domestic orders across the US. Tracking information will be emailed to you the second your package hits the road!

Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change. Any changes will apply only to future orders and will not affect orders that have already been placed.

⏳ Production & Delivery Timeline

Because I focus on premium quality and custom fulfillment, every order goes through two phases:

1. Production (Printing): It takes about 1 to 4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your items.

2. Shipping (Transit): Once your order leaves our printing partner, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.

3. Most orders arrive within 7 to 8 days business days.

📍 Tracking Your Order

The moment your order hits the road, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. You’ll be able to follow your package's journey from the print shop right to your doorstep.

🔄 Multiple Packages

I partner with top American printing specialists to ensure your Bierdrifters apparel looks crisp and lasts through countless beer garden adventures. To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, items may occasionally ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages.  

🗺️ Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because orders go directly into production, I have a limited 8-hour window to make corrections to your order. If you spot an error, please email me immediately at support@bierdrifters.store. Once an item has entered production or shipped, I'm unfortunately unable to change the delivery address or offer a refund for incorrect details

😊 One-Time Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? No worries! We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky.

BIERDRIFTERS offers a one-time size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at support@bierdrifters.store with your order number, and we'll help you arrange an exchange for a different size of the same design.

Size exchanges are limited to one per order.
