🗺️ Where are you located?

We are proudly based right here in the US! While we dream of roaming global BIERDRIFTERS, we currently handle all of our operations and shipping exclusively within the United States.

⏳ How long will it take to get my gear?

Because we care about quality, we don't have massive dusty warehouses full of pre-made shirts. Every single item is custom printed just for you the moment you place your order.

The Print Phase: It takes our printing partners 2 to 5 business days to print and pack your items.
The Transit Phase: Shipping takes another 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your door.
The Total: Expect your package to land on your doorstep within 5 to 11 business days total. Good things take a little time!

💰 How much is shipping?

For a limited time during our store launch, all US. orders ship free with no minimum purchase. After the promotion ends, our standard shipping rate will be $4.75 per order, regardless of quantity.

📦 Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To bring you the highest quality apparel, we partner with specialized, top-tier American print crafters. If you order a mix of items, they might be rolling out of different specialized print shops. Because of this, your items might arrive a day or two apart in separate packages. "Don't worry—you pay a single flat rate of $4.75 at checkout, regardless of how many shirts you order."

🏷️ What brands do you print on, and how do they fit?

We refuse to print on thin, scratchy, boxy blanks. We want you to feel incredibly comfortable the second you pull a shirt out of the package. We print our primary apparel line on premium, heavy-weight Comfort Colors garments. They offer a relaxed, true-to-size fit with that perfect, broken-in vintage feel right out of the box. Check out our handy size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.

🧼 How should I wash my new shirt?

To keep the colors crisp and the graphics looking sharp for years of beer garden visits, we recommend washing your apparel inside out with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, or better yet, let it air dry. Avoid harsh bleaches and don't iron directly onto the printed graphic.

🚚 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Because our setup is completely automated to get your gear into production as quickly as possible, we have an incredibly tight window for changes. If you spot a typo in your address, email us immediately! Once an order moves into the production line or ships out, we unfortunately cannot change the routing or offer a refund for delivery errors.
