🗺️ Where are you located?

We are proudly based right here in the US! While we plan on drifting across oceans in the future, currently we handle operations and shipping exclusively within the United States.

⏳ How long will it take to get my gear?

Because we care about quality, we don't have massive dusty warehouses full of pre-made shirts. Every single item is custom printed just for you the moment you place your order.

The Print Phase: It takes our printing partners 1 to 4 business days to print and pack your items.
The Transit Phase: Shipping takes another 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door. You will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
The Total: Most packages land on your doorstep within 7 to 8 business days.

💰 How much is shipping?

Our Shipping Rates:
Buying 1 Shirt: Standard flat-rate shipping is just $4.95.
Buying 2+ Shirts: FREE SHIPPING automatically applies to your entire order at checkout once your delivery address is entered!
We currently ship domestic orders across the US. Tracking information will be emailed to you the second your package hits the road

📦 Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To bring you the highest quality apparel, we partner with specialized, top-tier American print crafters. If you order a mix of items, they might be rolling out of different specialized print shops. Because of this, your items might arrive a day or two apart in separate packages. You will never be charged additional shipping simply because your order arrives in multiple packages.

🏷️ What brands do you print on, and how do they fit?

We refuse to print on thin, scratchy, boxy blanks. We want you to feel incredibly comfortable the second you pull a shirt out of the package. We print our apparel line on premium, Comfort Colors 1717 garments. Our t-shirts feature a comfortable, unisex fit that runs true to size with a slightly relaxed feel. Please review our sizing chart before ordering. Since these are unisex cuts, we do not recommend sizing up. Women looking for a standard, tailored fit may even prefer to size down.

🧼 How should I wash my new shirt?

To keep the colors crisp and the graphics looking sharp for years of beer garden visits, we recommend washing your apparel inside out with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, or better yet, let it air dry. Avoid harsh bleaches and don't iron directly onto the printed graphic.

🚚 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you spot a typo in your address, immediately contact our team at support@bierdrifters.store. within 8 hours of purchase. Once an order moves into the production line or ships out, we unfortunately cannot change the routing or offer a refund for delivery errors.
