At Bierdrifters, every shirt is made to order just for you. We want you to love your order. If something isn't perfect, we'll make it right.

30-Day Guarantee

Please contact our team within 30 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Email support@bierdrifters.store and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

We'll review the issue and help determine the best solution.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, that's on us.

We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

You will not be responsible for return shipping when the problem is due to an error on our part. In many cases, we may not require the defective or incorrect item to be returned at all.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the fit just isn't quite right.

Bierdrifters offers one complimentary size exchange per eligible item within 30 days of delivery, provided the shirt is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. Because each Bierdrifters shirt is printed especially for your order, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us for a size exchange. We'll cover shipping for your replacement shirt.

Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address after your exchange has been approved.

To help get the right fit the first time, please review the Size Chart on the product page before ordering. A good trick is to lay one of your favorite-fitting shirts flat, measure it, and compare those measurements directly with our size chart.

Change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or would prefer a different color or design.

Our size-exchange policy above is the exception for eligible sizing issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly.

If you need to change your size, color, style, or shipping address, or need to cancel an order, our team at support@bierdrifters.store within 8 hours of purchase.

We'll do our best to make the change before production begins. Once an order has entered production, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Please review your size, color, style, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

  • Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

  • A second size exchange for the same item

  • Shipping-address errors that were not reported before the order entered production

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 3–6 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
