✅ What We Cover

We'll issue a free replacement or full refund if your order arrives with any of the following:

🔧 Damaged or defective item (tears, holes, print errors)
🎨 Significant color or design discrepancy from what was shown
📦 Wrong item or size sent
🚚 Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

To get the process started, email us at support@bierdrifters.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.

🔄 Exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we don't carry inventory for direct swaps. However, if you received the wrong size due to our error, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

❌ What We Can't Cover

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before ordering) and when in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Orders with address errors provided at checkout
